Modern and cozy studio apartment in one of Lithuania’s tallest buildings.Located on the 25th floor,you will be greeted with an impressive view overlooking the city.For even more stunning views go up to the building’s rooftop terrace.Apartment is centrally located to all of the major sites in the city.Walking distance to Old Town is 20min,the Akropolis mall is 5min walk and the ferry to Kursiu Nerija is also 5min.From Kursiu Nerija hop on a rental bike and you are at one of the best beaches.

Neighbourhood information

A quiet neighborhood despite being very close to the ferry and Akropolis mall. Most people in this area are residents so you are sure to have relaxing mornings and evenings away from the central tourist areas. It is up to you how you would prefer to get around as all options are available. Walk, bike, or take a taxi. If you prefer to go to further locations busses are also easily accessible.
