Villa Loebel was built in 1881, one of the first villas in the historic quarter of Juodkrante. The wooden villa was restored in 2022, preserving many of the authentic details of the villa dating back to 1881. Located in the central part of the Juodkrante villa quarter, you will feel the spirit of the Schwarzort resort, which was one of Germany's top ten Baltic Sea resorts before World War II. The apartments in the main building of the villa have balconies. The balconies on the eastern side of the apartments offer a magnificent view of the villa quarter and the lagoon, and you can watch beautiful sunrises while sipping coffee on the balconies. The south/west facing apartment has 2 balconies. The south-facing apartment on the ground floor has a balcony and a veranda overlooking the courtyard and the park. The second-floor apartments have air conditioning. The apartments on the ground floor of the villa have separate entrances from the outside and terraces. The kitchens are equipped with all necessary kitchen equipment, utensils and appliances, including a coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The villa can accommodate up to 40 people.
Located in the central part of Juodkrante's villa quarter, you will feel the spirit of the Schwarzort resort, which was one of Germany's top ten Baltic Sea resorts before World War II.
