Our property is located in the heart of Grīziņkalns, one of Riga’s most historic and culturally rich neighborhoods. What sets us apart is our mission-driven approach: we host guests not just to share the beauty of the area, but to actively restore and preserve this heritage building. Every stay directly supports the careful renovation of the house, respecting its original architecture and character. Guests experience the charm of authentic Riga while being part of a meaningful restoration story.
I'm from Latvia and have a deep love for travel, which has led me to live in many different countries. I'm passionate about sports and adventure. My father and I began hosting together many years ago, and it has since become our shared passion.
Two grocery stores, 'Maxima' and 'Rimi', are conveniently located nearby—one directly across the street and the other just 50 meters away. The neighborhood is adorned with serene parks, Grīziņkalns, and Ziedoņdārzs, offering picturesque settings for leisurely walks. The ground floor of the building houses the self-service laundrette, 'Smaržo'. Overall, the area exudes comfort and tranquility, making it a delightful place to live.
