A cozy and bright apartment that has everything you need for a comfortable stay,so that you feel at home. The interior is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, and cleanliness is always maintained. Guests have access to fast Wi-Fi, all necessary household appliances, and amenities. Nearby, you'll find a shopping center, grocery stores, and cafes. The city center is just 500 meters away. Convenient transport connections make it easy to reach any part of the city. For guests arriving by car, parking is available.
The landlord is friendly and responsible, always reachable and ready to help if needed. No unnecessary bureaucracy and respectful toward tenants.
A quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Nearby there is a shopping center, cafes, a playground, a pharmacy, a bus stop, and free parking.
