We offer a fully furnished apartment located on the basement level of a private house. The apartment has a private entrance from a separate, enclosed yard for your comfort and privacy. These freshly renovated and well-equipped apartments include: a cozy living area with furniture; a double bed with fresh linens and towels; TV and high-speed internet; a private toilet and shower room; a sauna (available for an additional fee); refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle; washing machine; baby crib (available upon request). Optional breakfast available for an extra charge. In agreement with the owner, the adjacent private (fenced and spacious) area offers access to a parking space, relaxation zones, a barbecue and picnic area, and more. The house is located in Grobina, in a quiet residential area.
