The perfect central apartment situated in the center of Riga (3rd floor) that's been renovated only a couple of years ago. 5 minute walk to the Old town, bars and restaurants. 100m from park, tram/bus stop, pharmacy and coffee shop. On-street parking is available for a monthly fee. Bicycle parking is situated inside the courtyard. Bergs Bazaar features some nice restaurants and cafes only a short walk from the apartment.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in one of the most prestigious areas in the center of Riga, near the Old Town and the beautiful parks of Riga, such as Vermanes Garden, Esplanade and City Canal greenery. The area’s restaurants, entertainment, and shopping centers offer the best leisure experience in Riga. The convenient location also offers excellent opportunities to enjoy Riga's cultural life: the National Opera, theatres, museums, exhibition galleries and concert halls are all within short walking distance. The city’s public transport is also easily accessible, providing connections to other parts of Riga. You've got a tram stop (for #1, #3 and #11) just a couple hundred meters from the apartment as well as the Central Train station a 9-minute walk away.
