Aftas Beach House is not for everyone, we ARE a budget accommodation in an amazing location, yes it's true, you step out of our door and onto the sandy beach and the Atlantic Ocean. We are NOT a 5 star luxury hotel with en-suite bathrooms and 24 hour room service. We are the first to admit that as a result of being so near to the sea, the paint is peeling in places and believe it or not, the beach isn’t private, like our bathrooms you have to share that, however we do guarantee you will NOT be paying 5 star prices. Another thing to note: we sometimes dry our washing on the roof terrace so if you are offended by such a sight, please book somewhere else.
Aftas Beach, is small beach within 15 minutes walk of the small traditional village of Mirleft. It's a sandy cove perfect for sunbathing,swimming,fishing and surfing. There are 3 Cafe's on the beach all serving delicious local dishes at unbelievably low prices. Try Octopus Tagine or freshly caught fish grilled over coals with a refreshing Moroccan salad.
