Duplex for rent in Tangier center in front of the beach Very sunny with a surface of 120 m with sea views. It has 2 large bedrooms, the 1st with a king size bed and the 2nd with two individual beds, 1 bathrooms & 1 toilet. There is a large Moroccan living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace overlooking the sea. This property has AC (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room) ( the room with 2 individual beds does not have AC it has a door to a terrace where the fresh air enters) , the AC has heating . There is a lift , and underground parking space 1 PLACE ONLY . Free Wifi. The residence is well located, facing the beach, side of the Hotel Royal Tulip City Center, close to all amenities. -AVIS AUX CITOYENS MAROCAINS: IL EST INTERDIT PAR LA LOI MAROCAINE D'ACCUEILLIR UN COUPLE MAROCAIN SANS PREUVE DE MARIAGE.
