Residence secure 24/7 with guard. Public street parking is available. The beach (corniche de Martil) is 7 minutes by car and 17 minutes on foot. The apartment is on the ground floor. Sheets, blankets and bath towels (not intended for the beach or swimming pool) are included. Bedroom: double bed 200*160, cupboard, shutters with mosquito net. Living room: Three 2m sofas, 42" TV, bouquets of the best French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Arab channels.. Kitchen: Hotplates, refrigerator with freezer, dolce gusto coffee machine, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, washing machine and all necessary utensils, dining table, five chairs. Bathroom: 80/80 cm shower cabin, rain shower columns, hair dryer, telescopic mirror, soap and toilet paper provided, wardrobe. Others: iron, ironing board, fan
supermarket, 5min walk from the apartment. Hammam, 5min walk from the apartment. Cafe and restaurant 10 min
