Charming two-room apartment plus balcony (one bedroom, living room, American kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and a closed terrace overlooking a garden (also serves as an additional bedroom) very well laid out. The apartment has a parking space. garage in the basement and is located in the CaboBeach residence, a family complex of 90 apartments secured under video surveillance, equipped with key elevators to the basement and containing a large swimming pool, green spaces and external parking and only a few minutes walk from the beach of Cabo Negro.The complex is close to all amenities (in front of club med cabonegro). NB: *The swimming pool is operational during the summer. *In accordance with Moroccan legislation, rental is not authorized for unmarried couples (This standard is not applicable for couples of foreign nationality); *At the entrance to the residence, security guards may request the presentation of a visitor's identity document in accordance with the internal regulations of the syndicate of co-owners.
