In a small village called Lamharza Sahel, 40 minutes from El Jadida, but part of El Jadida Province. Can accommodate two entire families. Important to know: (The property is a new construction on a new developing complex currently with very few residents with many terrain lots still empty and not built. It is not a populated complex and still in the process of construction development). If you are looking for a very quiet place to stay and this is your home away from home!! The complex in on the shore of Mharza Sahel, located 15 minutes from Sidi Rahal. 40 minutes from the city of El Jadida and 40 minutes from the city of Casablanca . Calm and quiet all year round. 5 to 15 minutes from shopping markets. restaurants. Fully furnished 3 floors and very spacious with three large living rooms, two bedrooms with built in closets. Large open kitchen, fully equipped. Large terrace for outdoor dining with sun cover. 2 and half bathrooms. Fiber high speed WiFi. A/C on the first floor. 24 hours security guards on the premises. Security cameras on the front and back of the building.
We are happy to have you as our guest. Our love for the ocean made this home a great place for us to relax and enjoy family time in very calm surroundings.
