Welcome to our warm and inviting accommodation located in the heart of the city, in the prestigious Hivernage district — the perfect place for an unforgettable stay. Nestled in a lively and secure neighborhood, you’ll be just steps away from all amenities, including numerous shops, bars, and restaurants. Whether you’re traveling with family or enjoy going out in the evening, this accommodation is ideal for you! You’ll be only 2.5 km (about 10 minutes by car) from the famous Jamaâ El Fna square, 6 minutes by car from the iconic Majorelle Gardens, and surrounded by cultural and religious sites such as a church, a synagogue, and a mosque. A privileged location to explore the full richness of Marrakech — where modern living, culture, and tradition come together. Important Information: In accordance with local regulations, unmarried Moroccan couples are not permitted to stay in the apartment. Please note that the apartment is non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted on the terrace. Welcome Kit: A few rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, and a few coffee pods are provided upon arrival as part of a welcome kit. Please note that any additional supplies during your stay are at your own expense, based on your personal needs. Towels are provided according to the number of guests, and a washing machine is available should you wish to do laundry during your stay.
