This beautiful and spacious APT is for families only who are looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Agadir. It is just a short drive away from the beach(20mins), the supermarket, and other amenities. The apartment(2nd floor) features 3BR, (1double beds), a large living room with the possibility of sleeping 4 people, a kitchen with a balcony, 2 Full bath. Only three apartments in the building, and the residence is equipped with a basement and ground floor P. Enjoy a peaceful and comfy stay. -----------------------Additional rules--------------------- - Only for families and couples. - Present an identity document or passport at the time of Check-in (a photo of the identity document will be taken by the owner or his representative) - for couples of Moroccan nationality or one of whom is Moroccan by nationality, the Marriage certificate is required.
