From M'Hamid after 60kms of slopes, hospitality awaits you in the hollow of the dunes, in traditional tents. You will enjoy unusual nights, and share tea and typical meals *, always in a friendly atmosphere. (* tagines, couscous, spicy soups,…). During the day, you can choose an excursion on foot, or on the back of a camel, in the dunes. The sunsets are always exceptional. Later you will contemplate the immensity of the starry sky, and enjoy Berber songs and music around the fire. Then the charm of the silence of the Sahara will take you to the splendours of dawn progressing over the dunes.
Coming from a family of nomadic ancestors with centuries-old traditions, I have an acute knowledge of our region, the desert and its dunes. I am delighted to welcome you and to share with you the experience of life in the desert, its Sahrawi culture and traditions.
At the foot of the highest dunes in Morocco, a splendid setting to experience the desert. Possibility to discover Lake Iriki, the sacred oasis, or to meet nomadic families. Our bivouac is only accessible by 4x4 (about 2 hours of track in the desert from M'Hamid El Ghizlane). If you do not have this type of vehicle, we offer a transfer service, please contact our establishment to agree on additional costs.
