Brand New building. Please respect the property and leave it as you found it. No parties or events allowed No smoking or illegal substance on the premises No pets allowed No unregistered guests allowed Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms or on furniture. Please respect the noise curfew Please turn off all switches when you go out. Please respect check-in and check-out times. ( we can still be flexible when you let us know in advance) Please take extra care of your key fob . Lost keys incur a replacement fee. Please take care of the furnishings. The Best Neighborhood in town Adjacent to the Parc. Very safe ( Police Station is around the corner, Same street ), and convenient, all amenities are nearby. Restaurants, Cafes, Parks, Shops, Transportation access is within reach, taxis are available to take you anywhere in town.
