- For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality) the marriage certificate is mandatory and must be presented at check-in.

- It is forbidden to bring local girls into the accommodation. (In case of non-compliance with the regulations, a call to the Royal Gendarmerie is made who will come and expel the residents and a judicial conviction will be applied according to Moroccan law)
- The reception of outside persons not provided for in the reservation is not allowed in the apartment.
- Smoking only on the balcony or on the terrace
