We are a responsible and friendly host, trying to give special attention to cleanliness and comfort in apartments, and also the guests with respect and help we can. Welcome, dear visitors!

Basic rules for using our property: 1. Keep furniture and household appliances clean and in good condition. 2. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. 3. Please dispose of household waste in the designated trash bins. 4. Return the access cards and any other keys in the apartment before check-out. 5. On the day of departure, do not leave food or other items in the refrigerator. 6. Keep noise to a minimum between 21:00 – 08:00 and 13:00 – 15:00. 7. Parties in the apartment are strictly prohibited. ATTENTION: The rule is 2 people per bedroom. Additional bedrooms can be requested at a cost of 350 MDL/night. Example: 1–2 guests → 1 bedroom will be unlocked automatically 3–4 guests → 2 bedrooms 5–6 guests → 3 bedrooms 7–8 guests → 4 bedrooms 9–10 guests → 5 bedrooms 11–13 guests → 6 bedrooms Important: Failure to comply with these simple rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and may incur fines.
