New and fully renovated property, less than 2km from City Centre! Located in a quiet family neighborhood which can provide you rest and good sleep from nightlife, city tours and shopping malls. In the area, there are supermarkets (all within 150m), great restaurants and pizzerias (all within 200m max), free parking, playgounds and etc.
