Beautiful, modern and comfortable private apartment in the apartments building. ✓ New apartment (built in January 2022). ✓ 50 sq. m with a 2 separate bedrooms. ✓ Class – Lux. ✓ Close to all points of interest. ✓ Low rental prices compared to the quality. ✓ Suitable for a maximum of 5 adults and a baby. Living room furnished according to the latest trend of progress. Premium pull-out sofa equipped with a sofa bed mechanism. Modern and fully equipped kitchen with all necessary equipment. A convenient dining area featuring a table and four chairs. 2 separate bedrooms, with a premium queen bed (160 x 200 cm). Modern and uniquely decorated bathroom (shower) with a toilet. Upon request, we provide portable baby bed. Your safety and comfort are extremely important to us, especially during this time. We are now taking additional measures for cleaning and sanitation. This luxury apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized thoroughly with CDC-approved cleaning products. Private parking: Building has 8 parking spaces just for its guests (free of charge). But no-one has its own parking space, which means that if in some moment there is no available parking, you can check up later.
