The apartment is in a new building ( 34m2 ) and balcony. Equipped with new furniture , all the necessary elements and accessories cuisine with cable TV , air conditioning and wifi internet . The apartment is equal to the hall, kitchen , living room and spacious bathroom . Sofa 's bed ( 2) and an extra bed ( 1 ) . Free spacious parking in front of the building. The environment is quiet, calm and pleasant, surrounded by olive trees and nature. Walking distance to the sea 6/7min .
