Welcome home in Montenegro. It is a pleasure to host you here in Budva town. We are ready to ensure that you have a pleasant, entertaining and quality time during your holiday. You can consult us about things to do in Montenegro, information about historical places, popular restaurants and much more about vacation in Montenegro. We have equipped our accommodation in order to meet the needs of today's modern guest, and that is the equipment and appearance that strive for comfort and practicality. Our guests will feel relaxed knowing that there is someone who can always be contacted if necessary. Basic details and notes about use of accommodation, are located in the house that stands in the lobby of the building and on the table in the apartments.

The total capacity of the facility is 26 pax. The apartments are equipped with box beds, so if necessary they can be single or French. The building is on several floors. The building has 8 comfortable three-bed studio apartments and one double studio apartment. All have access by card, wi fi and cable 300 cc with flat TV. All apartments are air conditioned, have a balcony, seating area, equipped kitchenette, dining table, private bathroom with hanging and hand shower, hair dryer, iron and ironing facilities. In the yard there is a landscaped area with barbecue and yard furniture.

Villa Montemaris is located in Babilonija no.22, 50m from Mega market, 700m from Slovenska plaza, 400 m from the main bus station, 100 m from the stop for the local bus that goes to all the beaches on the Budva Riviera. In the immediate vicinity of the building there is a street parking, there is no charge and no reservation is possible. The settlement of Babilonija connects Mainska Street and Velje vinograde and is one of the busiest with numerous bakeries, cafes, bookmakers, markets, pizzerias ..
