We are a married bilingual couple jointly running a small number of luxury properties in Kotor. We adore travelling no less than our guests and so do our best to meet their needs on travel.

Property info

Brand new (2019) fully-equipped apartments (75m2) for 4 to 6 guests with gorgeous seaviews over the Bay of Kotor. Open plan living-dining room leads out to an elegant balcony ideal for alfresco dining, watching the boats on the fjord or simply relaxing. Apartment has 2 bedrooms (double and twin bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom (shower). Shared swimming pool and lounge area. Free private parking. Newly built (2019), in the very best location in a quiet corner 100 meters to the beach and Dobrota promenade with restaurants, 20 min walk to Kotor old town with its hustle and bustle. SEA VIEW, shared SWIMMING POOL, free WI-FI, smart TV, aircon in living room and each bedroom. Apartment is on the second floor without lift. Every modern convenience including dish washer, washing machine, large built-in fridge, full size oven and hob, microwave, nespresso coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, wooden floors, balcony with panoramic sea view. Fresh bed linen and towels provided. Baby cot and high chair on request. IMPORTANT NOTICE: swimming pool is available June through September

Neighborhood info

We are 100 meters away from hotel Huma 5* and hotel Forza Terre 5* both offering great beach and eating g options. A number of local restaurants are also highly recommended.
