Own apartment in a brand new, modern building next to the sea and just a few steps from the famous boardwalk along the seaside. Big open terrace with table and chairs, brand new interior, cable TV with international HD channels and free high- speed internet wi-fi. Kichen with moder utensils, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, mixer and refrigerator and a private bathroom with modern shower and towels, washing mashine and tumble dryer. Apartment also has a hoover, hairdryer and an ironing board. Separate bedroom with a large double bed and all linen ( bed sheets, pillows) and a living room with dining table and chairs and a big sofa, fully airconditioned (cooling&heating). In case of water rationing in the city we have our own water supply.
Hosts live within the building and will always be on hand to welcome guests and answer any questions during your stay.
Excellent central yet quiet location close to restaurants and cafes, tennis courts, hair and cosmetics salon. Multiple shops and supermarkets are a walking distance away(2-5min.)and the apartment is a great choice for those without own transportation. However, there is also a private garage available within the building at additional cost in case you are arriving by car.
