Appartement en duplex de 65 m² 2 chambres + canapé convertible Vue sur mer + piscine chauffée + terrasse privée. Certaines photos sont 3D (non contractuelles) et les autres représente ce à quoi le duplex ressemblera, car la villa est en cours de finition. Nous pouvons vous fournir d'autres photos et renseignements sur demande, mais les appartements seront bien disponibles pour le mois de mai. Cuisine équipée (frigo, congélateur, plaque de cuisson, hotte, lave-vaisselle). Salle de bain avec machine à laver, sèche-cheveux, trousse de secours. Accès non adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite (PMR).
