Building surrounded by gardens and rest areas. Big private parking for 4 cars on the backyard with comfortable road. Mountain spring and hiking trail just in five hundred meters from the main door. It will take you only five minutes to get to the coast where there is a 5-star marina, spa, restaurants, beach and promenade. The road to the old town takes only 10 minutes.
