Property information

Welcome to Casa marina apartments. Our apartments were renewed on 2022. The structure is less than 1000m from the coast and less than 5 minutes walking to the closest beach. It offers self catering accomodations, air conditions and free wi-fi. Apartments offer a partial sea view on the firts and second floor, with balcony and dining tables inside and outside. The third floor apartment is the largest and offers a great sea view with a large dining table on the beautiful terrace. Flat-screen TV are present in every apartment. Ground floor appartments don't have a sea view, and outdoor area is shared with other guests.

Neighbourhood information

Casa marina is situated in Hladna Uvala, Utjeha, Montenegro. The property offers convenient access to two beaches, both located within a 5-minute walk. A local grocery market is also accessible on foot. Additional beaches are available in the surrounding area, reachable by foot or by car. This includes Velika Plaža (Long Beach) in Ulcinj.
