Welcome to our charming, one-bedroom studio apartment, perfect for a solo travelers or couples seeking a clean and comfortable space. The apartment features a modern, open-concept design with a double-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and an airy living area. The bathroom and kitchen are newly renovated with all essential amenities provided. Located in a convenient neighborhood, you’re just a across the street from the promedate and the beach (100 metres), local cafes, shops, and public transportation. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this inviting studio offers a relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring. Please note there is a large paid parking lot approximately 50 metres away from the apartment.
