Cicciobello is a superb, luxury and stylish 54 m2 apartment/loft on 3rd floor with stunning coastal and sea view, nestled within charming development “Green Park B1” in the most beautiful part of Baošići near Herceg Novi, and it is perfect for people seeking absolute rest, as well digital nomads. This amazing fully equipped high standard apartment boasts of well-presented lounge with sofa bed, with modern fully fitted open plan kitchen designed to blend with surroundings, one double bedroom accompanied by king size bed, private terrace & bathroom. Expect open-plan layouts, natural materials, and Mediterranean style, all of which come together to create the most desirable home. Benefits include high ceilings, double glazing, private balcony, wooden flooring & Tiled bathroom, free super-fast WIFI, SMART TV, Google nest and free private parking (please avoid parking in front of garages in use). We are also pet friendly apartment and we allow medium size pet stays. (Please advise in advance if you are going to travel with your pet, so we can provide all necessary facilities. Pet must be insured, and landlord has no legal or any other responsibility towards pet.

Property is located just a stone’s throw away from Baošići seaside, As well as Porto Novi Resort and Herceg Novi are within easy reach away. Life here is lived outside, enjoying the Adriatic sun in shared outdoor (seasonal) pool inside this gated community, as well on the private terrace enjoying a stunning sea view. This place also benefits from beautifully well-kept gated area around the development. Montenegro is a place completely different than other places you might visit, a place where life feels relaxed and rich, where time goes slow, and you can enjoy it as you wish. Herceg - Novi including it’s string of pearl Baošići, is perfectly nestled on the beginning of UNESCO World Heritage – Boka Bay, and represents the perfect base to explore the New Riviera deciding to use your own foot, boat, bus, car or a helicopter. Dubrovnik Airport is 36 km away from the property (expect waiting time is usually 20 – 40min on the border crossing). Tivat Airport is 14 km away from the property (expect a ride by ferry – tool is 5 euros per car) or 42 km if you decide to go around the Bay and allow yourself immediate infusion of admiration and relaxation.
