The recreational park Ljubovic is a 3-minute walk away, the Moraca river and the promenade by the sea are only a 4-minute walk away, and the bus station is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is located in a new and luxurious building with video surveillance and a private yard. It is luxuriously equipped and has everything for everyday life.
