Zaista smo veoma raspoloženi za sklapanje poznanstva i prijateljstva sa gostima širom svijeta. Svoje resurse, gostima stavljamo na raspolaganje i korišćenje, u mjeri i na način, kako to njima bude odgovaralo. Takođe, svakom gostu želimo dobrodošlicu i trudimo se da im boravak, u našem objektu, učinimo što prijatnim i da u njima probudimo želju da im to ne bude jedini boravak kod nas. To potvrđuje i veliki broj stalnih gosti sa kojima smo u prijateljskom odnosu.

Objekat se nalazi u slijepoj i veoma mirnoj ulici. Iako je od samog centra, gdje se nalaze, marketi, bar, restorani,...udaljen manje od 100m, veoma je zaštićen (takoreći potpuno) od buke koja dolazi od njih. Veoma smo raspoložni za druženje, naročito u dvorištu gdje se može koristiti roštilj i neke druge aktivnosti. Gosti, takodje, mogu organizovati razna druženja, po svom nahodjenju. U prizemlju je TV sala sa šankom i svim vrstama napitaka po nabavnoj (izuzetno niskoj) cijeni....a

Restorani, picerije, pekare, pijaca, marketi...su garancija kvalitetne hrane i napitaka. U blizini je i Turistička ambulanta i apoteka. U pomenutom centru se nalaze takoreci svi turistički sadržaji, što znatno boravak čini sadržajnijim i kvalitetnijim. Put do plaže je, u dobrom dijelu, kroz hladovinu i u ravnici, tako da prestavlja i jedan oblik rekreacije. Za djecu i starije osobe postoji prevoz atraktivnim vozićem, koji ima posebnu draž i doživljaj. Plaže su, po svojim sadržajem i prirodom (jedinstven pijesak i dužina sunčanih perioda u godini), jedinstvene, ne samo na crnogorskom primorju, već i šire.
