Objekat se nalazi na minut hoda od centra grada i na tri minuta pješice od Autobuske i Željezničke stanice u Nikšiću. Do gradskog parka i Saborne crkve, koja je podignuta 1900. godine i koja je posvećena Svetom Vasiliju Ostroškom - svecu zaštitniku grada Nikšića potrebno je takođe manje od pet minuta hoda. Pored stepenica koje vode do hrama nalazi se početak šetališta "Vito Nikolić" koje ipod brda Trebjesa vodi do monumentalnog spomenika borcima palim u II svjetskom ratu. U neposrednoj blizini kuće "Stari grad" nalazi se i stara gradska tvrđava koja datira još iz antičkih vremena, na koju se pruža pogled iz nekoliko soba.Note In the residential building,it is not possible to pay with a mole,but only in cash. A large parking space is available in the courtyard of the "Old town" residential building, which is under video surveillance 24 hours a day. It is suitable for motorcycles that can be protected from bad weather with a canopy if necessary, cars and larger vehicles. If guests wish, bicycles can be left in a lockable room intended for that purpose or left in the parking lot covered by video surveillance.
