100m from the pebble beach. Air-conditioned accommodation with a private kitchen, bathroom, dining area and balcony overlooking the sea. Free Parking as well as Wifi. Guests can use the barbecue in the garden. Peace and quiet is what makes us special! A bus stop with intercity lines is abut 180 m away. The nearest grocery shop can also be reached within 100 m from Majero Apartments. Ulcinj is 12 km away.

UTJEHA also known as Utjeha Bušat is a small, quiet resort town of Bar, 15 km south of it, guided by the Jadranska Magistrala in Ulcinj. Utjeha captivates with beautiful nature, rocky bays, beautiful pebble beaches with crystal clear water. It is an ideal place for people who crave a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature away from the loudest and most-crowded resorts. One of the beaches in Utjeha is a large beach called "Utjeha - Uvala - Maslin" (the name owes to the numerous olive groves stretching from the beach far inland) with a length of 180 meters and a width of 25 meters. One of the most famous beaches and bays between Bar and Ulcinj. It is unique due to the isolation of the beach by olive groves stretching along the coast. It is clean and tidy, good to come here with children. Everyone will be delighted with this place, especially due to the unique color of the sea water in the bay - a distinctive turquoise hue, which is the result of the mixing of seawater with the sweet, coming from numerous underground springs. There are small white pebbles on the beach. It is one of the nineteen beaches marked for the purity of the Blue Flag.
