The new 3BR apartment is on the 6th floor and delivers an unique panorama view of the Adriatic Sea with incredible interior design, this fully furnished flat with 2,5 bath rooms offers comfort and relaxation to you for up to 10 persons! The new apartment is fully furnished with towels, linens, appliances, dishes, and all the amenities necessary for your stay. It has 3 BR, unique sea and mountain views, large and spacious living room with 1 large sofa, dining area with six chairs, fully equipped kitchen, a private balcony connected to the living room with a direct and amazing sea view of the Becici Bay. ACs, free Wi-Fi, large screen TVs (Pay TV) in the living and 2 sleeping rooms, vacuum, hairdryer, toaster etc. The washing machine and the dryer is free of use in the apartment.

The luxurious holiday home was opened in June 2021, the distance to the Becici promenade is 600m and the apartment is 80m above sea level nestled in a dreamy hilly landscape in the heart of the Budva suburb "Becici". You have the possibility to place your car free of charge close to the building or rent a private parking place in the underground area of the residence building. You have free access to the 2 outdoor pools, the water cave, sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, gym, bars, WIFI and the shuttle service to the Becici beach/Budva city. The apartment is only 5 minutes drive from Budva, 10 minutes drive from the world famous Sveti Stefan Peninsula, Tivat Airport is 30 minutes away, while Podgorica Airport is an hour's drive away. The oldest tree in Budva is only 15-20 minutes walk from the apartment. Becici Beach is one of the best sandy beaches in the area. There are several local markets in close proximity and although we offer our guests a free regular beach shuttle, the beach can also be reached on foot within 7-10 minutes. The 2 outdoor pools are closed for maintenance from Dec 2024 until March 2025.
