Our aparthotel is approximately 400 m from the main city beach and promenade. It is situated in a quiet area of ​​Sutomore and its location is very convenient because of the rich nightlife of the town. After an evening entertainment, guests can relax undisturbed in luxurious and spacious apartments/rooms. There is an AROMA supermarket and an OTP group ATM right in the building of the accommodation facility. In the immediate vicinity you will find a post office, other supermarkets, newsagents, a pharmacy, a health center and many restaurants and cafes. URBAN apartments consists of a ground floor with a reception and three floors, where there are a total of 21 apartment-type rooms of various sizes. Each room has a balcony or French window with a view of the sea/garden or mountains, depending on the type of accommodation unit. In the spacious restaurant on the top of the building, we serve a rich breakfast, which guests can enjoy with a beautiful view of the mountains or the sea. The advantage we offer our guests is free parking in our own parking lot opposite the hotel, which is accessible using a chip. Similarly, opening the hotel's entrance door via a chip allows guests unrestricted access to the apartments even at night. The apartments themselves are unlocked using a card system.
