Marvellous 2 storey villa with swimming pool, is located in BLIZIKUCE (300 meters from the main road). Located on the land of 6510 m2, this Villa of total size 340 m2 has garage, parking area, landscaped gardens and place to relax with a barbecue and pool. On the ground floor it consists of: hall, living room, patio / summer kitchen with fireplace, gallery, bathroom and Guest studio with a kitchenette. On the second floor following premises are located: kitchen, living room with fireplace and three separate bed rooms with private bathrooms. The Villa is fully furnished and equipped with modern appliances. Air-conditioners are installed in each room, floor heating and also electric heating. The pool size is 5 x 10 and is equipped with modern equipment and systems. It is possible to use water from the sea. There is also a separate room for stuff, with kitchen and a bathroom. The villa can accommodate 7 to 13 persons.

Blizikuće is an tranquil, authentic settlement, conveniently located at a distance of only 1,5 km from the famous summer resort of Sveti Stefan. This area is well known for its with astonishing Mediterranean ambience, the rarely beautiful greenery and outstanding views of the Budva Riviera. The nearest beaches are at a distance of 500 (air distance) m to 1500m (beach "Drobni pijesak" and "Crbvena Glavica"). Nearby there are several attractive beaches on the Montenegrin coast.
