Nice family house, just renovated and upgraded. Apartments are new, sunny, equiped with modern furniture and tehnics. We've a lot of green around the house. We are located just across Porto Montenegro, The newest project of Porto Montenegro called Boka Place with its facilities : Siro hotel, modern gym, supermarket, shops, pool, cinema and others is fifty meters from us. The City is within 10 minutes walk. Also, Ponta and Waikiki beaches are 10-15 min walking. We can say that everything interesting in our City is pretty close.
I've great experience of working in tourisam. Supported of my family after many years working for others, I decided to developed own bussines and built four apartments. We got four stars category from local authorities. We've a dog, german shephard young female, who likes to play. My son likes to go fishing. Me also.
My place is located next to the Porto Montenegro, more precisely across Boka Place. Situated in one of the best area for living in city of Tivat, Porto Montenegro, nearby beaches, city center and big city park are within 5 minutes of walking distance. Local fresh market and supermarket where you can get everything that you need is also 5 minutes away. If you are traveling without car my place is also suitable for you because Tivat is a small city and everything is in walking distance. Secured parking space is also available.
