A modernly designed ground floor apartment property which has a large terrace with private swimming pool. The property has been finished and furnished to a high standard and would offer comfort to staying guests. Due to its spacious size this family friendly property would be an ideal choice for larger families or a group of friends willing to share. The apartment is just a short walk away to the nearby seafront and beaches and there are a number of small family friendly beaches in this area. There is also a supermarket just a 2 minute walk away, meaning everything is close by. The property is situated in a small fishing village, in the magnificent Boka bay; and is just a 8 km away from the main town of Herceg Novi. The property includes a lovely garden terrace and swimming pool area; where guests can really enjoy their time, by either relaxing by the pool, or having a barbecue and eating in Adriatic alfresco style. There are many local restaurants in this area to choose from and guests also have a greater choice of restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and boutiques all to be found in nearby Herceg Novi. This property benefits by having two safe and secure car park spaces.
I like travelling and holidaying with my family and friends. Having been in a number of lovely hotels around the world, I try to bring something special back to my own property - clean lines with lots of space and light - I think it works well. I also like a good movie and a theatre, preferably after a nice dinner. I really enjoy sunshine and beach, hence my chioce to go to Montenegro, it's a lovely place and I hope you visit soon.
There are lots of restaurants and shop in the vicinity. Also, local beaches are only 5 minutes walk away and most of them have cafés and bars on site. The coastal road leads to other nearby villages - all within leisurely walking distance. All of these villages have numerous bars, restaurants and beaches so there is no shortage of entertainment. There are also a number of lovely bars and restaurants in the nearby Porto Novi, perfect for taking photos with mega yachts.
