FROM 5 OF OCTOBER UNTILL 20 OF APRIL RESTAURANT DOES NOT WORK AND WE DO NOT PROVIDE BREAKFAST. A superior Villa located on the east beach front of St. Stephan, overlooking the sea and the hotel island St. Stephan. These modern and luxuriously furnished apartments have everything you need for a pleasant stay in them. Balcony, which is available to you after a day of swimming and exposure to the sun, you can take advantage of the stay on it to relax and enjoy the panoramic view of the island. It is equipped with a table and seating chairs. Sveti Stefan is one of the most beautiful tourist destinations of Montenegro. NOTE: We are PET FRIENDLY, and we charge it 15 euros per pet per day. All our guests can use our private beach and beach furniture is provided free of charge. For kids we provide baby crib (10 euros/day) and baby chair as well (5 euros‎/day).An extra bed can be provided for additional charge of 20 euros per day. PARKING is private and it costs 15 euros / day. Upon your arrival receptionist will charge you tourist taxes (destination fees) which is mandatory by law in Montenegro. 0-11 years - free 12-18 years - 1 euro‎ per person per day 18+ years - 1.50 euro‎ per person per day

Sveti Stefan is an unusual and unique place not only in Montenegro or the Budva Riviera, but throughout the Mediterranean. It is located on the cliff of the rocky island, with roofs red as rubies. A sandwich that looks like a pillar connects it to the ground. The island is a wonderful and real vacation for the eyes and soul. The neighbors are quite calm and pleasant. Some tourists call this place "Paradise on Earth". Just 2 minutes walk, you have everything you need .. Shops, cafes, restaurants, pumps, beaches .. Everything is within reach. Also, if you want to go to the surrounding places and did not come by your own car, you can use city transport, taxi or contact us for transfer, because we offer transfers very favorably. Also, if you come with your own car, you have a parking space for your car for an extra charge.
