A 70 sqm duplex directly on the beach of the lagoon. Large panoramic terrace with a view of sunset. Fully equipped kitchen, furnished living rooms and bedroom. It has a bathroom upstairs and 2 pools available in the residence

Neighborhood info

this is a residencial area therefore very safe and quiet. The lagoon is in front and the beach is on the back less than 200 m... Renting a car might be veryuseful on the island
