It offers one of the most beautiful sea views of Saint Martin towards the island of Anguilla, the bay of Marigot with its lagoon and its surrounding mountains. You will watch the sunset show every evening. The villa is entirely on one level and offers modern comfort. You will enjoy 2 sea side bedrooms with large queen size beds measuring 1m60 wide, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds for children only and a small desk. Secure private parking within the property Concierge service to welcome you, assist you and advise you during your stay. The villa is located above the private development of Savanna, a very quiet area, located between the beaches of Friar's Bay and Grande Case. The Villa is geographically very central on the island to allow you to enjoy all the attractions of Saint-Martin: - Grand Case beach and restaurants 3 km away - Friar's bay beach and beach bars 2.5 km away - Orient bay beach and beach bars 7 km away - SUPER U supermarket 3km away - Marigot Marina and its market 3.7 km - Julianna International Airport 9 km away - Grand Case Airport 5 km away A car is essential to get around the island even if the distances are short.
