New 80M2 apartment, Free dedicated parking in the basement, Wifi, CanalSat, swimming pool, Generator, water reserve. You will be peaceful in this luxury apartment with high-end bedding for your optimal comfort! Free access to the building's heated swimming pool. Located in the most residential area of the city, you will however be close to the shopping centers and business districts of Ankorondrano and 6 km from the historic center of the city.
I am a French resident in Madagascar for 30 years, it will be a pleasure to welcome you to our apartments.
