We have introduced a second supplier and have doubled the number of Wi-Fi routers and now we have excellent coverage in all facilities. Cleanliness – last year we scored very good 8.7. But we want to be excellent, so we have introduced new procedures, we had extra training for the cleaning staff, and we have additional equipment. Facilities – last year we scored good .8.4 We have improved our older rooms. Last year we had critiques of our central cooling system. Besides the central cooling/heating system this year we have installed split-systems in all the hotel rooms so that you could easily manage the room temperature that you want. Last year we got a few suggestions for improvement of the breakfast. We have implemented them. Overall, we are striving to deliver an exceptional experience for you – our guests, and from the bottom of our heart we thank you for you business. PS. Number of people have asked us about the last 600m of the road leading to us. The municipality has informed us that they have secured the funds and that the road will be constructed in the course of this year.
