Meeting new exciting people and hosting them on our property is our pleasure. I and the whole staff are friendly-oriented people that want to make our guest's stay a memorable experience.

Property information

The property is 10 meters from the beach. Located in one of the most attractive tourist destinations around the lake – Peshtani, Ohrid. 3km away from the Bay of bones museum and the most popular beach in the region- Gradishte-. The building is new and modern. The apartments provide a lake view with big and beautiful sun terraces. The apartments are equipped with a kitchenette with a fridge and stovetop, a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, living room with a two-seater that can extend into a bed. Free WI-FI and cable TV are included.

Apartments Lipa has a downstairs Restaurant, with a summer terrace where you can enjoy a variety of food in a quiet and authentic family atmosphere. There are three nearby markets, a pharmacy, a dentist, car rentals, and a canoe/sup board. The host has the ability to arrange and organize boat and sailboat trips owned by the host.
