The villa is located on Baba mountain in national park Pelister, just above the Nizepole village, on 1200m altitude, 10km from Bitola city, and 5km from Ski Centar Nizepole. The villa has amazing view of Pelister and 350 m2 of beautifully landscaped garden with places for relaxation on both sides of the villa. The garden is equipped with barbecue and has big grass area perfect for children to play. The villa has a big kitchen furnished with appliances and dishwasher, one full bathroom and a half bathroom with washing machine. The living room has a 55'' TV with Netflix and cable TV, fast Wi-Fi, fireplace with central heating in all rooms and backup electric panels, air conditioning etc. The first floor of the villa is big open area consisting of living room, dining table for 8 people, kitchen, bar and bathroom, and on the second floor there are three bedrooms and the main bathroom.
