Previously known as Villa Rustica. We are a family run Villa, with a great location, in the heart of Ohrid. Town center is 2 minute walk, 1 minute walk of the beaches Saraishte, Potpesh and Kaneo, and with a lot of cafes, restaurants and markets nearby.Having one if the best views of Ohrid lake, old town Ohrid , promenade ,port and surounding mountains it is your best choice to stay during your visit . We also have private parking avaliable during whole year both on property and close location near by. We also have large patio with garden in front with private acces which is avaliable to all of our guests.

Greeting! We are family Malezanovi. We will do our best to give you a pleasant experience during your visit in Ohrid. We offer boat tours and excursions, and advice on things you can enjoy in our lovely town. We are also staying at the property so it is verry convinient for you as a guest to reach us and to be helped in any given time during your stay

Lovely old town of Ohrid is full of charming small and narow streets , churches and bazilika's , houses with front yards and windows overwelmingly packed with flowers , winyard trees and kiwi's. Overlooking the lake and surounding montains will dafinitly present you a unique feeling and unforgetable expiriance which will last you a lifetime. Cllose , in a walking distance are museums , churces , antic theater , Samoil forthres , saraiste beach, potpesh, beach, Kaneo beach and port of Ohrid . Center of the city is also at your glance in just 3 min walk from our villa .
