One of a kind, 4 bedroom typical Maltese townhouse located in the heart of one of the island’s most buzzing and lively towns, just off the Sliema promenade. Set on three floors, on the ground floor one finds a triple room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area leading to a private back yard. The first floor consists of two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower and a main bathroom. On the second floor a further bathroom and a third double bedroom with en-suite, also laundry room with access to the roof. This property is a great holiday home away from home having easy access to all the main attractions on the island.

Neighbourhood information

Tas-Sliema is well known for its attractive promenade where locals and visitors go to dine, relax or socialize. It overlooks public landscaped gardens, children's playgrounds, beach clubs and the Mediterranean sea. The house is located on a quiet street, yet within walking from the seafront, restaurants, bars, making it the perfect place for the guests. The bus stop is within walking distance from the house, making it easy to move around the island. Public car park also available close by.
