A modernly furnished and centrally located 2 Bedroom Maisonette situated at Ground Floor. Its attractive layout comprises of an open plan kitchen / living / dining leading to a front patio enjoying views of the Mellieha parish church, 2 Large Bedrooms with the Main Bedroom having a double bed and an en-suite shower, while the second bedroom has another double bed. A small back yard with washing facilities is adjacent to the bedrooms, while a separate family bathroom compliments this property.

Mellieha is one of Malta’s most attractive tourist and summer resorts with beautiful sandy beaches and blue sea. Mellieha has Malta’s largest sandy beach, Ghadira, which is perfect for families with small children, as the water remains shallow for a considerable distance from the shore. Mellieha also has a lot of splendid seaside hotels, good restaurants and many traditional souvenir shops. Mellieha is also ideally located for tourists wishing to explore our sister island of Gozo or to visit Comino and its popular Blue Lagoon. This maisonette is situated in a modern quiet neighborhood, close to several amenities while enjoying a magnificent view of the Mellieha church and its surrounding green area from the comfort of your living room or front patio. It is also located just 5 minutes walk away from the sea and approximately 15 minutes walk from the most popular Ghadira sandy beach. Bus stops are only a 2 minutes walk from the property and the sea shore is only 5 minutes walk. Mellieha sandy beach is 15 minutes walk. Restaurants, bars & other amenities are also a walking distance away from the property.
