Property information

Note: You will be renting a private double bedroom with a private bathroom in your own room. You will be sharing the Kitchen and Dining area. An expertly finished bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. You have access in the shared apartment to the kitchen and the washing machine at any time of the day. Accommodation regulations. By staying at this accommodation, you are agreeing of the following regulations ECO TAX. As per Maltese regulations, you are kindly required to pay 50c per person per night for a maximum of 7 days. Please leave the money inside your room, the staff will collect them during the checkout else provide the eco tax contribution to the staff for safe keeping. Example 1 night for 2 people will cost 50cents X 1 night is 1 Euro. Keys Main door and the common area main door keys need to be kept back in the key box. This is done so that there is some control on the keys and not to have lost keys which can compromise the security of the place. Late departures On your day of checkout, we kindly you ask you to leave the premises by 10am. Late check is charged 10 Euros per hour Drinking water A water filtration system is found in the kitchen fridge. Please avail yourself of filtered water during your stay for free. HOT Shower Water Please wait 1 minute to have hot water in your bedroom. It is important to keep the door bathroom room closed whilst having a shower so that the water moisture does not produce dampness in your bedroom. Air condition Your bedroom has its own air condition, it is important that the outside window and all doors are closed when such devices are operating. We kindly ask you to switch off your AC in the room and if management finds that your AC is not switched off when you leave your room then 10 Euros is charged per hour to compensate for the wastage of electricity. Guests who If you are staying in the room, you are kindly asked to put the AC on the Dehumidifier mode (3 water droplets) so to remove access humidity in the room.

A very safe local village, next to the airport. The bus stop to Valletta is just round the corner and the location is set to be very quite and tranquil
