This Unique Rental unit is situated on the 6th floor and on a high part of Qawra, very close to the Sea, enjoying distant sea and country views !  This Designer Home enjoys all commodities and more! In Fact the property has been finished with a smart system which allows you to control blinds, AC units, lights also by voice command ! Wake up to background music from your favourite artists and make yourself a one of the best Italian espresso with lavazza coffee machine.
In June 2019 I started hosting on Airbnb and it was a great experience both for me and for my guests. Due to the events that hit the tourism industry in 2020 I had to stop operating but now I'm back with a New concept for my Island of Malta! Check out my new Luxury Designer Smart Home, I promise you a stay like no other !
My accomodation is located in a quiet street of Qawra, a stone throw away from the sea. You can find all amenities including groceries and local pubs very close by and with a few minutes walk you will find a lot of restaurants and Bugibba Square. Living in Qawra feels like your always on holiday ❤ stone throw away from the sea 1 minute away from the bus stop 14 minute walk to Bugibba Square 19 minute walk to Cafe del Mar lido 17 minute drive to St.Julians 20 minute drive to Sliema 30 minute drive to Valletta Property is surrounded by mini and supermarkets, lots of restaurants and all amenities.
