Perfectly positioned with trendy promenade cafes, restaurants, boat trips, bus stops and Sliema’s busy shopping centre within a short walk. It is just ideal for a couple or for a family with one or two children. Finished to high standards, clean and fully air-conditioned, this modern unit consists of a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with balcony and a bathroom. WiFi Internet and Cable TV are being offered on a complimentary basis. The location of this property is unbeatable being just a short walk away from the famous The Strand promenade in Sliema offering you shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, water sports, beaches, etc. And for those of you who prefer swimming in a pool, a number of quality lidos can also be found close by. If you don’t want to rent a car this apartment is just ideal as public transport is only a short walk away. This is certainly the perfect holiday place to feel at home in sunny Malta! Please Note: There is ongoing construction in the area, which may result in some dust and noise during your stay. Work can start as early as 7:00 AM and may continue throughout the day. Sliema is a town located on the northeast coast of Malta. It is a centre for shopping, restaurants and café life. Tas-Sliema is also a major commercial and residential area and houses several quality hotels. Tas-Sliema, which means 'peace, comfort', was once a quiet fishing village on the peninsula across Marsamxett Harbour from Valletta. Now Tas-Sliema and the coastline up to neighbouring St. Julian's constitutes Malta's main coastal and touristic resort.
